**Return Policy for KJZ Music**

At KJZ Music, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return policy to ensure your peace of mind.

**Eligibility for Returns:**
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from KJZ Music. Items purchased from third-party sellers or other retailers must be returned to their respective sellers.

**Non-Returnable Items:**
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Digital downloads or software licenses once the product key has been redeemed.
- Items that have been personalized, customized, or modified.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Gift cards.

**Return Process:**
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer service team at office@kjzmusic.com to request a return authorization (RA) number.
2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories or documentation that came with it.
3. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

**Refund Process:**
Once we receive your returned item and verify its eligibility, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

**Exchanges:**
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, you may return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

**Defective or Damaged Items:**
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund, including return shipping costs.

**Cancellations:**
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but it may be eligible for return according to our return policy.
